Overlook Manhattan from Top of the Rock Observation Deck, on Rockerfeller Plaza, made me fall in love in New York City all over again.The best part, like the frosting on a Magnolia cupcake, was to get groovy with Top of the Rock's very own soulman. Who can possibly resist this songbird with his Colgate smile?!
